Randall E. Reagan, Attorney at Law
East Tennessee DUI/DWI Defense and Personal Injury
Criminal cases and personal injury cases are obviously very different from each other. Each requires its own set of special skills and knowledge. A criminal defense lawyer must be able to defend your rights and obtain a just result for you in the face of a prosecutor who is working to convict you and who has the enormous resources of the government with which to do that.
A personal injury lawyer, on the other hand, must know how to deal with insurance companies who have teams of attorneys and the resources of an entire corporation with which to defend themselves and avoid responsibility for the negligence of their insureds.
Regardless of why you need an attorney, Randall E. Reagan can help. He understands that you want to know what the law says, what your options are and where you stand — good or bad. You need someone who will be honest with you about those things and who can provide the kind of personal attention and service that you deserve, someone who can make prosecutors and insurance companies see the light of reason, someone who has credibility with them, someone who has not only shown the willingness to go to trial, but who also has the consistent ability to go there and go to the mat for their client.
